hopefully this gets worked out if it hasn't with your new update. I also noticed that no other Wei officers join the faction and I got to around turn 25 with no one joining. I'm not sure if this is due to the update of 1.1 but I started a Wei campaign with your mod to see how it looked and I was appealed with the first few turns as the retainers that join like Yue Jin have the DW9 portraits but noticed the text from the events disappear when I add your Dynasty Warriors 9 events pack from turn 1 for example when it tells you to look out for yuan shu from the west and Tao Qian from the east and when you gain exp for Cao Cao no text appears in the events. I am currently using the Dynasty Warriors Mod but thought I would give your mod a try but found a few bugs that I am not sure you are aware of.
